Account Setup Feedback

My CP was not working for days. Have to ask CHAT again and again that my CP is not working...only then it come alive.

Host Reliability

This is trap by forcing people into situation. I am out from USA but if tomorrow someone sue ixwebhosting- we will join and support the case. This is inhuman and we feel cheated.

This is only point which they have !

They are best for sales...but technical support is shame. They do time-pass and I can prove it. One day in one answer to ticket they say we may help...by doing something but after 24 hrs. they do not ...and ask YOU to delete DNS records..and shift IP's etc etc.
