Under their shared web hosting, they have three available plans to choose from, although, for the most part, they appear to be the same hosting plan with some packages offering more free domains and free IP addresses compared to the other cheaper offers.

All three hosting plans offer unlimited hosting including unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth. The packages also offer free customer support, Ecommerce ready websites, website statistics and advertising credits.

IX Web Hosting offers web hosting in both Linux web hosting and Windows web hosting platforms. Should you need to host an ASP type website or something that requires a Microsoft database such as MS SQL, you'll be happy to know that IX Web Hosting can service you through their Business Plus ad Unlimited Pro web hosting accounts.

IX Web Hosting is currently using vDeck 4.0, the latest vDeck that offers easy access to website management, domain management, and Ecommerce services. vDeck is nowhere near as popular as other web hosting management platforms, and is considered by customer hosting reviews as a standard basic control panel that allows the web hosts that use it to reduce costs.

IX Web Hosting appears to have corrected some of the past issues with customer support, however, we still see complaints about understanding their agents as well as difficulty getting problems addressed without having to rephrase and reword questions to get the agent on the other end to understand the issue.

Overall, we'd like to see IX Web Hosting using North American based customer support for both phone and live chat. This will greatly improve these issues.
