The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gave me the run around for months, from level one to level support (and back and forth), from support agent to support agent, from department to department. The promised refunds and didn't deliver. Just a nightmare and disaster of a company.

Everyone has dealt with bad companies, but this has got to be the worst--at least in my experience. In the end I just gave up and my issues still remain unresolved and I have lost weeks of time, my site was down for many weeks as well and they billed my incorrectly.
