I have been an Ipower customer for over two years.

My primary web pages keeps shrinking every time i update some text.

Evidently these folks think this issue I contacted them with is resolved. However, they didn't answer my "how do I ?" question. Instead, they simply tell me what I already know.

I have talked to two folks on the phone, one via chat (who informed me that Ipower doesn't provide tech support on the software they offer to build web pages), a level one techie who knew less than I do, and customer support. I have asked the same question of each of these people: "HOW DO I EDIT THE PAGE SIZE ITSELF?"

The level one tech sent the issue to the level two tech, who emailed me that the problem is that the page size is too small (duh!). They they called the problem "resolved". When I responded ON THE SUPPORT CONSOLE that I needed to know how to resize, I was ignored.

No one can answer me. As a result, it is my intention to find another service provider as soon as I can.

Ipower's tech support seems to be non-existent. They are obviously more interested in marketing their hosting than helping loyal customers.

Their Vdeck web sight shows a chat function for support, but when you chat with them, they tell you they don't support the software they provide the customer to design web pages.
