I've been with iPower for almost three years. The first two years were OK, but the last six months have been terrible!

Typical CSR BS - lots of apologies and promises up front, but no real activity. Trouble tickets are closed while issues are unresolved (e.g., "your Perl script now runs OK!" when the interpreter is obviously still broken; "that arbitrary quota on your email account has been lifted" while emails still inexplicably bounce with "mailbox full" replies.) Some complaints are simply ignored or deleted outright.
My Final iPower Customer Support Rating: 3/10 |

Web service is intermittent. Email accounts frequently bounce messages and are difficult to administrate. Spontaneous password resets are common. And an entire MySQL database was inexplicably deleted spontaneously and without notice.
My Final iPower Linux Hosting Reliability Rating: 3/10 |

Pricing is typical for this tier of services, although the actual service provided is terrible.
My Final iPower Price Value Rating: 5/10 |

Account setup is now very difficult and limited, thanks to an "upgrade" to the administrative interface that breaks some features and eliminates others. For example, it's impossible to set permissions on a file or folder. That is inexcusable, and it breaks several of my web applications.
My Final iPower Account Setup Rating: 3/10 |

The service from this company was about average until 2008, at which point it suddenly tanked. A new administrative interface was rammed into place without warning that broke applications, deleted databases, killed forwarding addresses on email accounts, etc., and the company will not admit that there are problems. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
My Final Overall iPower Rating: 2/10
