I have been with ipower for almost 8 years.... and up intil a year or so ago I didnt have any problems.
However things do change.

The live chat support is plain awful... it is an Indian help desk with people unable to communicate or that flat out lie and tell you there are server issues and when you call later (because still not working) the american call center (phone) says there were no such server issues.
but for the most part phone support is OK

the past year my site has been down a total of a week or so... and have had email issues on and off for as long as well.
not good if you are trying to run a business!!!

I have been an ipower customer for 8 years and the past year it gone severely downhill... between the indian live chat help and the constant interruptions in service it is unbearable... and I am looking for a new host as I type this!
