Absolutely the worst, you hang on hold forever and when somebody finally does answer they again put you on hold for even a longer time, usually with zero results to correct the problem!

Do not host your site with Ipower under any circumstances! They are losing customers daily. You will regret ever doing business with them. As i type this I am on hold for 30 minutes now trying to get a refund promised to me two weeks ago. I have already cancelled my account and moved to a new server, thank god I no longer have to deal with them. I will probably never see my refund either.
