Horrible customer service and support. The same issue haunted me for over two years.

Account Setup Feedback

They are okay to get your new account set up. Whether or not your website gets online is a different story. As long as they get your money they are happy.

Host Reliability

When one thing goes wrong...expect for them to fix it and have something else go wrong. Once that is fixed your email doesn't work again. Once your email works again your website isn't online. Once the website is back up your email doesn't work again. Need to use a FTP to connect to the server...good luck if it lets you connect.

Will never use them again. I am going to use a local host and pay more for it.
