Is there a zero? I sent an email asking to recreate an above web root area as I had before the transition, setting domain pointers to my web_view folder. They could rename the folder if they wished. They only renamed the folder. So I said "Go back and read what I wanted accomplished here - - change the pointers so the web root is the (now named) public_html folder. I could change the name if that was all I wanted done. I said change the name if you needed to do it to accomplish the end goal which is giving me an above web root area to my site as I had before the server change." . . . Their response was to ask exactly what it was I was asking them to do. Lights are on, nobody's home.

Since the transition, everything is incredibly slow. Now it is click and wait.

My contract renewal happened just as all the changeover was starting. Unless things greatly improve in the next 6 months, I am out of here and will take my chances with someone else and recommend the same to my clients who use iPower.
