Had to ask twice one time when I chose not to auto-renew one of my domains but they followed through the second time. Have used customer support very little so far so can't say much one way or the other.

Very competitive. I opened an account with iPower in November '03 and pricing hasn't changed since then. What you get for the price has improved over that time.
