After three years of very positive experience with ipower I finally got my direction: leave them as soon as possible. We had multiple websites hosted on multiple accounts with ipower but they were all suspended in one day due to their conviction the accounts were hacked.....; But: it was even nog possible to have a working login, nor for our account, nor for domainpointing, nor for mysql. So we never got an opportunity to get rid of any so called hack. After deleting all installs, the conclusion should be: ipower hacked our account. Why? That's not clear to us. But we tried the whole weekend to regain access of our (reseller) account but could only enter by ftp. Sites were all down, webshops dis not work, they felt sorry was what they told me, but were incapable to solve anything. I asked for a backup file (which was stored in mysql) which they would send me but never received it.... Other thing is pricing: at the start it seems all ok: 3.95 dollar, but after a few months you will see a bill of 107 dollars for 12 months waiting for you....

Chatting is excellent. Friendly and accurate. They try to solve issues related to your account and even to solve technical issues which are not related to the subscription plan. But: why did I need this chat channel so much? Because of too many issues related to the hosting.
