I was introduced to InnoHosting when I bought hosting through another reseller through them about a year ago. I once called them with a question but they weren’t available and I was directed directly to InnoHosting. Once I saw how helpful they were I looked into getting a reseller plan of my own. When I saw how much more useful it would be to me to have a reseller plan, the choice to go with InnoHosting for it was clear.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable. The InnoHosting team has always been there for me and my customers no matter what time of day that we have needed their assistance. If something does come up, they will not get off the phone until the issue is resolved and I am 100% happy.

I had always wondered how the lady that I used to buy hosting from could offer such reliable hosting before I knew there was such a thing as a reseller account. Now that I know that it wasn’t her doing, but it was InnoHosting behind it all. I don’t think that I’ll ever need another hosting company, as InnoHosting takes care of all my needs and when I need a dedicated server they will be the ones I go to for that as well.

I think that there are other hosting companies that have reseller options out there that are a bit cheaper but why go with a cheap brand when your business and your livelihood is on the line? That just doesn’t make sense to me. I have the “Enterprise” reseller hosting package and even though I don’t use all of my webspace or bandwidth that is allotted to me every month, I still believe that it is an extremely affordable solution.

Setting up my reseller account with InnoHosting was pretty easy and took really no time at all. I had some questions at first about adding more sites to the account but that was cleared up easily with the help of customer support in no time at all.

I can’t think of a bad thing to say about them and I’ve used them for a fair enough amount of time to where I believe that I can draw a good enough conclusion on their services.
