I was trying to think back and remember why I chose the Business Hosting package from InMotion Hosting, but it has been so long. My first and initial impressions were obviously positive, which is why I have stuck around for so long.

I have spoken with them in a couple of different fashions over the last year. On one hand, I have used the email customer support a lot, which is certainly an easy way to get answers. I have also used their phone support. I gave it a "9" because of the ease.

I was originally concerned that the host wouldn't be reliable enough for me, because I had heard that business hosting was a waste of money. I can truly say that all of my fears have been calmed. The reliability is off of the charts.

No glitches, no problems, and it was quick for a change. I was pleased with this aspect of the process. I don't remember having too many hangups on this part of the entire hosting process.
