I opened the account sign up price 3.95 x 12 month. After giving you payment information you charged 6.95 x 12 month. Billing tried to negotiate with me 4.95 x 12 month. I took a full refund instead as this constitutes to a fraud. I will be reporting this to Visa and law enforcement.
