Here is what CY had to say about MidPhase and the overall experience with their web hosting service.

Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and stay away form this horrible company. our server has been down now for the 6th time and last month it was down for 3 whole days. their "hotline support number" is a joke. they dont even queue calls. I have been calling for the 50th time in the past 90 minutes the server has been down and have to call again and again and again ! Please do not fool yourself thinking i am exaggerating. If you doubt me, leave a comment here and I will send you the tell logs. it is unbelievable when your server has been down and you are calling and calling for the 50th times and you hear the recording say " we're sorry, your call cannot completed at this time, please hang up and call again" this is their Hotline, this is how it is and how it has been for the past 5 months :( also, do not get fooled by 10terrabyte.com or Vps.net claims. Once you purchase a plan from them, these guys will be providing your "support" ! I have no idea how we got ourselves in this mess and we dread migrating again as we have many members who need to access the site on a 24 hours basis. Please, do not fool yourself thinking this will not happen to you !!!!!!

well, the price is good, but think of this...if it is free, would be worth it if you are offline frequently and do not get any support ???
