Horrible. They never adressed problem and would tell me it was my fualt for not doing something, like sending in a support ticket inorder to get an invoice so that I could pay for my "life time of free domain" name.

my service was cut off for nearly 2 weeks each renewal period becuase I didn't pay an invoice which they forgot to send me.

They claimed that the domainn name is free but each year i have to pay them for the domain name with is 15$ then they claim they will credit back the amount, but they occasionally forget.

Set up was fine. It took a over a week for everything to actually work, but they told me it's normal...never tryed before so i don't really know.

I'm trying to switch but am finding this time consuming and confusing to sort through all the various packages and hosts. and they're fine print.
