Account Setup Feedback
I get a bit lost looking for where I want to do things. It needs to be more user friendly.
Host Reliability
HORRID. Constantly going down, constant complaints from people who have used this (everything is set up correctly). We have a back up that will most likely be our main one due to startlogic causing so many issues, and noone on that has had any problems at all! Completely unreliable.
If I could rate this a zero I would.
Pricing Info
I don't deal with the cost, just the backlash from their crappy service.
Final Host Comments
I highly do not recommend this for business owners. If you don't mind crappy service, home owners can use this if they want (but I wouldn't recommend that either!).

We had email issues and I had contacted live chat. Live chat stated that they had received an email about one of our emails spamming someone, so we asked to see the email. The email was a BOUNCE BACK message from this guy spamming US!
Just because they can log in to a computer does not make them customer support!
If I could rate this a zero I would.
