One of the technicians litterally, LITTERALLY, yelled at me. Another one, Hung up on my co-worker! Their customer support, not only were they rude, they were not knowledgeable. I heard 5 different things from 5 different people, for a hosting company you would think they would have some sort of system to relay messages and store conversation data!

They are entirely unreliable. It took a total of 10 days to transfer a simple DOT COM DOMAIN! Idiots!
