Hostway is acceptable as long as you expect nothing and there are no problems. Once there is a problem, technical support is practically non-existent.

Trouble-tickets languish for days. They do not update customers. Phone support is unhelpful - they simply have no ability to fix problems. I had several instances of server changes made without notification that broke features on my website. Then it took days, sometimes weeks, to get them to fix the problem.
