Account Setup Feedback
iPage promises that the account would be setup by time I go and get my coffee. but in my case it took me 14 hours to get online as I transfered domain lol.
Host Reliability
I would rate 9 for the reliability as they run upgrades on their servers quite ofter resulting downtime.
Pricing Info
This is the best part of the complete show. I would have never experienced such a website even if I spent 1000 dollars. I am lucky to have it at a bargained cost.

The chat support is one of its kind. They are a little low with phone calls but the chat support is at its best. The best part is I find a new agent each time I chat with them. This show that they are big to handle huge traffic.
