I have had customers on Hostway with CRITICAL problems that needed attention ASAP and starting a trouble ticket got response 3 or 4 days later! Unacceptable. calling support you are on hold for nearly an hour most times, though call center seems to solve problems faster. The email support is worse with 'canned' responses sent to key words in the support request that have nothing to do with the original problem.

Only used Hostway for my 'big' customers who need faster email turnaround than cheaper web hosts. Their 'parked' domains are more expensive, however.

Haven't used Hostway for any new customers in several years. Move my own website to Seanic.net several years ago and happier there.
