After the first month that I was with this host, I knew that they were more than just a low cost provider. Any hosting company can promise a good price, but only this one backed it up. Awesome stuff.

Only once have I needed them, which in my opinion, is a good thing. I needed to change my credit card and all of the information associated with that. It was painless, easy, and all of that jazz. No worries, no problem, quick, and easy.

Some folks think you sacrifice this as a part of signing up with a budget host. HostPapa apparently doesn't agree with this assessment. They think that you should get a good product, and it shows through in their work.
