We then researched HostPapa across several forums, blogs, and discovered a general negative review nature of customer reviews posted with little to no response from HostPapa. HostPapa also has not responded to any negative reviews that are published on customer hosting reviews.

After careful review, we found HostPapa lacking in the customer support department. From our research, we've discovered that HostPapa may not use top quality support agents and often, customers find that HostPapa takes too long to respond.

HostPapa provides access to toll-free telephone support for US customers and also an international phone number list for other countries such as Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. HostPapa also has mailing addresses in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.

HostPapa also offers live chat, a knowledgebase, and company news available.

HostPapa uses the help desk software called SupportSuite and has not customized there installation with a theme that resembles HostPapa which leaves a taste of unprofessionalism on their site. HostPapa's knowledgebase is considered very thorough by customer hosting reviews and appears to have up-to-date information.

We at customer hosting reviews hope to see improved customer support by knowledgeable staff added to HostPapa in the future. We'd also love to see a community forum, a company blog, public-access network server status, video tutorials, and an updated theme added to their SupportSuite help center.
