Here is what Wilhelm had to say about HostNine and the overall experience with their web hosting service.It appealed to me that their Midlevel Hosting Plan included 4 dedicated IPs. Without the availability of dedicated IPs I would not have enrolled.
Account Setup Feedback
As expected. Lackluster support. I phoned them with a problem and the support member could not even care who I was or what my domain name was. Rattled of some answers - clearly not interested.
Host Reliability
How can you trust a host with customer accounts if they are not preared to resolve issues - but rather pull the plug?

Middle of the road - nothing special.

I did not get the promised dedicated IPs. When I contacted Customer Support I was told that I had to motivate the need for dedicated IPs! I eventually spoke to the Support Manager who had an aggressive tone and bad attitude. I refused to give reasons for needing the IPs, as this was not a condittion. The conversation ended with him slamming down the phone in my ear - and cancelling my account. They do not need clients. They should not be in business.
