I was introduced to InMotion Hosting when I bought hosting through another reseller through them about a year ago. I once called them with a question but they weren’t available and I was directed directly to InMotion Hosting. Once I saw how helpful they were I looked into getting a reseller plan of my own. When I saw how much more useful it would be to me to have a reseller plan, the choice to go with InMotion Hosting for it was clear.

Account Setup Feedback

Setting up my reseller account with InMotion Hosting was pretty easy and took really no time at all. I had some questions at first about adding more sites to the account but that was cleared up easily with the help of customer support in no time at all.

Host Reliability

I had always wondered how the lady that I used to buy hosting from could offer such reliable hosting before I knew there was such a thing as a reseller account. Now that I know that it wasn’t her doing, but it was InMotion Hosting behind it all. I don’t think that I’ll ever need another hosting company, as InMotion Hosting takes care of all my needs and when I need a dedicated server they will be the ones I go to for that as well.

Pricing Info

I think that there are other hosting companies that have reseller options out there that are a bit cheaper but why go with a cheap brand when your business and your livelihood is on the line? That just doesn’t make sense to me. I have the “Enterprise” reseller hosting package and even though I don’t use all of my webspace or bandwidth that is allotted to me every month, I still believe that it is an extremely affordable solution.

I can’t think of a bad thing to say about them and I’ve used them for a fair enough amount of time to where I believe that I can draw a good enough conclusion on their services.
