Account Setup Feedback

Account was setup as soon as I paid, I was very surprised!

Host Reliability

They did have a couple outages, but nothing major. Everytime it was fixed and I would receive a free month or extra space and bandwidth for it.

Lunarpages is by far one of the best hosts I have ever been to. Over the past year I've switched hosts nearly 10 times. Lunarpages offered me something no other host could compare to. Great support, fair and cheap plans, and my own name servers for a price that'll blow any competitor away, hands down. The customer support is outstanding, no one can give you a reply within 10 minutes like they did, sometimes they even replied instantly!

The uptime is good, but could use some work, but still out beats the competitors by far, the speed is super fast even when there are a lot of visitors. Even though I've only been with this company for a small amount of time, I plan on staying for quite sometime just as long as Lunarpages keeps up the excellent work.
