Account Setup Feedback
The name of my URL says it all. I appreciated the freedom you guys gave me in customizing the look of my site. It’s a very good feature.
Host Reliability
Except for a few times in a year, I can expect HostNine to keep things rolling for long periods of time. I have nearly 4 years of records on my site, and they have never touched any of that.
Pricing Info
Linking this to the previous statement, perhaps I just find it so practical to pay you what you ask for? Is this why my service is almost never interrupted? Either way, it’s cheap.

I’ll be blunt. If this company makes sure that my website isn’t down for long periods at a time, then I’d be a happier camper. Great job!
