Here is what Stuart Joseph had to say about HostNine and the overall experience with their web hosting service.I use Hostnine and have been with them for years. Transferring your sites can be a pain. Hostnine transferred all of mine for free. Hostnine offers Unlimited Hosting Plans with Unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth, and Email Accounts with cPanel / Fantastico, Word Press, and web based email. I have 8 domains hosted with them. I am very pleased with the company, so much so, that I recommend them to anyone that asks me about hosting. Stuart

Their tech support is really great. You can get it by online chat, email/support ticket, and telephone. The online chat is for pretty basic stuff and they will send you a transcript of the chat, which is very useful as you don't have to take notes about what to do to accomplish something, just follow the steps from the transcript.
The same can be said for the Support ticket, most times I get a response within an hour.
I use telephone support when I want to have someone talk me through the process and so I can ask questions during the procedure.
They have also helped me by installing some programs for me when I had problems doing it myself.
