They used to be good until couple of years back. Now there are extremely bad in customer service and taking things seriously.

They even deleted my VPS by mistake .. ha ?
They changed server IPs without notice, and this breaks Paypal integration, smarter mail settings and what not. Its getting worst and worst with time.

They took over 4 days to setup my last VPS. though promise was less than 12 hours.

I can't move away because it will cost me good money to do so because of server settings and configurations. Other wise I would have done that few months ago.
