My first thought on this web host was that it was going to be easy working with them. You can see for yourself that navigation is going to be very easy because all the necessary things are laid out or is just one click away.

I personally, did not need any help and have not use their customer service program yet. That is just a testament to how easy the site is to operate. I have however heard from other users that the customer help program was very efficient.
