Here is what Andrew Atkins had to say about HostGator and the overall experience with their web hosting service.

I need uptime in order for my business to work. That is what I was worried about when things began. I have only worked with them for a little bit more than a week, but my initial expectations with HostGator have been met up to this point.

Account Setup Feedback

This is still fresh in my mind because I just went through setting it up. Don't worry about spending a lot of time, because you will almost always get things done in little to no time.

Host Reliability

I mentioned uptime in my first little rant, so you should know that it's important to me. Not only is it important, but it's probably the most important thing. So far, it's been good, but I'm holding my fingers and hoping that it continues. You never know in this business.

Pricing Info

The price is fine. There's really nothing for me to say here.

Final Host Comments

Check back with me in a few months for a more complete review, but from my initial observation, things have been good. It's only been maybe 9 days, but I don't know what else I could want with my reseller account with HostGator.

Support is one of the top considerations for any reseller. I don't know too much about what they offer, but from my very limited experience with HostGator, they seem to be giving out a good bit of advice when people need it.
