Great. They have all the different kinds of windows hosting that I need and explains that right on the front page. For reasons I won’t bore anyone that is reading this for, I have to use Windows hosting on some sites and Unix hosting on others. Lunarpages has all that and great service to boot.

Account Setup Feedback

Pretty easy. If you need help with this there is always someone that is there in customer support that can give you a hand. I’m not real sure how much easier it gets. There was once a day that you actually had to know what you were doing to get a website online. That day seems to be gone with Lunarpages, though.

Host Reliability

Though the Unix websites seem to be a bit more stable, but that may just be the nature of the beast. No downtown, stable installations, fast loading. Great reliability from Lunarpages.

Pricing Info

Lunarpages’s pricing is fair, but there may be better deals out there if you look around. Plus, they seem to shift their pricing around a good bit more than your normal host. I’m not real sure what’s up with that.

Final Host Comments

Other than paying a couple of bucks more and the shifting of prices that seems to take place at Lunarpages, this is one of your best bets for windows hosting by far. I am thoroughly convinced that you will have to look very hard for a better value for the money.

Sometimes when you ask about their different server types, you have people at the hosting companies that will refer you to other people that “specialize” in that kind of server technology. For instance, windows guys will send you to a Unix guy if you have questions about that gear and vice-versa. However, every person that I have talked to at Lunarpages has been able to help me with technical issues on both sides. That’s impressive.
