I've used other dedicated server hosts before and none compare to HostICan. I've used HostICan for approx. 3 years now and never had problems with technical support or customer service. Their support and customer service is superior compared to the other companies I've used before.

Account Setup Feedback

When I first acquired a server with them, it took less than 24 hours to set up the server and my account. I moved in and everything worked without flaw.

Host Reliability

Considering the resources my websites use, HostICan's servers are very strong and downtime over the past year has never exceeded a half of a percent. In fact, I don't think the server has ever been down for more than 10 hours all together during these past 12 months.

Pricing Info

They're good at building a system that meets any budget without sacrificing reliability and resources. Their servers are fully managed and cost the same or less than some other companies that offer unmanaged dedicated servers.

Final Host Comments

For someone to be with a dedicated server company for 3 years, that should say a lot about the company, its support, and its customer service. For me, HostICan rocks!

I've never waited very long for a response to a server issue. Then again, I haven't had many server issues to begin with because HostICan manages and maintains their servers very well. They've gone the extra mile for me with their support. If I needed something done to the server (like set up PHP5 & PG or upgrade hardware), they jumped right on it with no extra charges for support. They're always polite and very professional. If someone can't resolve something, they'll pass it on to a higher tier of technical support. There's nothing they haven't fixed for me yet.
