I signed up with InMotion Hosting after much downtime with a previous larger host. I was a little skeptical at first with their support system but after a few urgent situations that I put myself into, I was highly impressed with the super quick replies and detailed information with every request.

Account Setup Feedback

They allow payment either via PayPal or Credit Card which is great for paying your bills and for setup of new servers (and also upgrades).

Host Reliability

I have been with InMotion Hosting for over 2 years now and have had only one outage that was there fault which lasted for about 10 minutes. They send me emails from time to time to upgrade my servers to make them more reliable and upgrade things, something which is very important to a novice dedicated server owner such as myself.

Pricing Info

My price started very very low and only rose as i added more powerful options to my machine yet still is lower then I can find elsewhere now at the current time.

Final Host Comments

I would highly (and have already) recommend InMotion Hosting to any of my friends, associates or fellow webmasters as they continue to grow and expand their services I know i will remain a loyal customer for as long as I own a dedicated server.

InMotion Hosting has been A+++ as far as support goes with my dedicated servers. They answer support emails within an hour at ANY time of the day (although during normal business hours support emails are replied to within ~20 minutes)
