I admit that HostICan wasn’t my first choice for a webhost but when I started outgrowing my hosting plans at another company, they were much less than accommodating (to say the least!) at switching me over to their own VPS package. I started doing some digging around online to see what other hosting companies were like since I had never used anyone but that other company (I won’t say their name because it may be against the rules…dunno). When I talked to some other guys that I knew and they recommended HostICan I checked them out because I trust their opinions.

Account Setup Feedback

I honestly thought it was going to be a nightmare setting everything up and transferring over to HostICan but it wasn’t that at all. My old company hemmed and hawed a bit and some things that they did took forever. They must know that once they lose a customer they won’t come back after that customer realizes how good they can have it elsewhere at a company like HostICan.

Host Reliability

No problems at all. The sites are always up. The servers always seem fast. I’m able to dig into the root as much as I want. So far, so good.

Pricing Info

HostICan can’t be beat for pricing. Put it this way, I get VPS for what I used to pay for a few shared hosting packages at the last company I was with. I guess I was paying for their SuperBowl advertising.

Final Host Comments

If you’re paying for multiple shared hosting packages and find that you are paying too much or on a bunch of shared servers that are always way too slow because they are over worked, I definitely recommend HostICan VPS. I actually came to this site to see what others were saying about it since I’ve had no problems. Basically, it’s been too good to be true.

Each time that I’ve contacted HostICan customer support I’ve been pretty pleased. Nothing much to report other than I seem to always get the answers I need or anything I need solved accomplished. I’ve only called once and talked to a guy that didn’t seem to really know his stuff but maybe it was his first day. Other than that, no problems at all.
