My first thoughts of the company were amazing. At first they were using a different control panel system, but their reliability was still as good as it is today.

Account Setup Feedback

Super easy! I sent them my details and it was all setup within an hour. It was super fast!

Host Reliability

I've only had one small issue in regards to reliability since I have been with them, and that is that the servers were down due to hacking attempts.

However, they were quick to respond and fix the issue, and offered me a move to a newer server in a better data center - no extra cost!

Aside from that, the host has been fantastic with it's reliability, in which has concluded that my site has never been hacked :)

Pricing Info

HostICan pricing is great compared to what they offer, however probably not as cheap as some other hosts (although a lot of them have gone bad).

Overall I think the pricing is fair.

HostICan is certainly one to consider for hosting! If you want a host that provides awesome support and reliability, look them up.

Whilst I consider myself an appropriate web master, there were some issues that I have had along the way. However, the staff at Servers Australia were always there to assist me, even calling me when they thought there was an issue they needed to call me about.
