They have an easy-to-navigate website that allows you to pick the plan you want with no problems. I called before I took the plunge and the CSR was helpful and seemed to know his stuff. So my first impression was pretty good.

Account Setup Feedback

Not much to say. It was fast and easy. I had my fist sites transferred within minutes (well, as fast as I could do it) and never had an issue.

Host Reliability

No complaints. Just good, fast hosting. Plenty of space, plenty of flexibility, plenty of options.

Pricing Info

I hate to say it, but HostICan’s price was my main draw at first. I’m glad I didn’t get bitten by my cheapness. I’ve found that even though they are extremely reasonable, they’re a great host as well. I can’t ask for more than that.

Final Host Comments

In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with HostICan VPS hosting if that’s what you need. The price is right and there is no setup fee (at least there wasn’t when I set up my account). Plenty of space, unlimited domains, good add-ons. All around a good host. I give them two thumbs up.

I’ve made two phone calls and put in one support ticket. Both times I called the issue was resolved within ten minutes and the support ticket answer came back within two hours. It doesn’t get any better than that in my experience with hosting companies.
