I was considering another web host at first (I won’t say the name here) but when I looked at HostICan’s impressive list of features that came with their “Reseller Power” account, I had to give them a shot. I’m certainly glad that I did!

Account Setup Feedback

I wouldn’t say that HostICan let me down upon initial account setup but I think that the process could have been a little bit easier to deal with. But after the dust settled and everything was up, it’s been smooth sailing ever since.

Host Reliability

My old reseller host left me high and dry a few times with many of my websites going offline at key traffic times throughout the day, multiple days a month. That is unsatisfactory, to say the least. HostICan has never let me down even during times of high traffic from the customers that I resell accounts to. I know of at least one of my customers that consistently gets his sites on the front page of Digg and other networking sites and he has yet to have a problem thus far. I am impressed.

Pricing Info

HostICan’s pricing can’t be beat, in my opinion. I can’t believe how inexpensive it is when all of the options are added up. 24/7 server monitoring, nightly backups, unlimited MySQL databases all for the price I pay…its well worth the money.

Final Host Comments

I’m able to manage all of my accounts from a single screen and offer over 2,000 website templates as well as Fantastico to those who need it. As a reseller, I’m very happy with what I get from HostICan and I recommend them to anyone that wants to go that route.

I never contacted customer support until I had a technical question. Not a problem with HostICan’s service, mind you, but a technical question about how to utilize one of their features – namely cron jobs. I had never set one up before. Instead of being nasty and telling me to look it up online or something, which is kind of what I expected, the guy at HostICan actually walked me through the process pretty easily. I was impressed and thankful, to say the least.
