This is my first time putting a web site up on the internet so I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. However, their page looked professional and I was referred to them by my brother-in-law so I took a chance.

Account Setup Feedback

I’m not a very technically inclined person but I was able to have my website online in under an hour with the help of the customer service representative named Josh. He walked me through every step and waited patiently while I did everything that he told me to do. It was surprisingly enough much easier than I thought that it would be.

Host Reliability

If reliability means that my website is always up on the Web with no problems getting to it, then that means that Lunar Pages gets nothing less than a 10. I’ve never tried to visit my site or the admin area and not been able to get in. It’s always pretty fast to come up on the screen as compared to other sites on the internet as well.

Pricing Info

I give Lunar Pages’ pricing a ten as well. Even though I’ve never had any other kinds of websites or website hosting before I have looked around. From what I have gathered, Lunar Pages’ prices are on par or better than the other web hosting websites out there. It’s cheap, good, and fat. That’s all that matters to me.

Like I said before, I had no pre-existing notions of what to expect from a website host but Lunar Pages made it very simple for me to get my website online with very little hassle or technical experience. If you are new to putting websites online, then you will definitely appreciate their level of customer service.

Josh in customer service is one of the most patient men in the world. If he can talk me through the steps of making a website go “live” on the internet, then he is truly a patient man. I had never before messed with websites but I knew that I had to get up to speed if I wanted to put my family and extended family history on the internet so everyone could see for family reunions. I’ve gotten nothing but complements from everyone in the family about how great it looks and I owe that all to Josh.
