First thoughts of HostICan was "clarity"...I knew what I was getting into when ordering from HostICan, next was the user control panel...all I can say is wow!

Account Setup Feedback

Account set up was unbelievable. I filled out the order form got an e-mail stating that my domain name was pending registration and would be completed in less than 1 business day, the e-mail informed me to go ahead and log in to my account and become familiar with my user (cp). In less than an hour I received a "personal e-mail from rep Mike Danna" stating that he was glad to have me on board and that my account was ready to use. Now that is good business in my opinion!

Host Reliability

Well, I am taking the time to write a review based on my satisfaction so that should say a lot. HostICan has always been there to handle my support requests, they give you the option to submit a support ticket, call them direct which is forwarded to your personal Representative 24/7, and direct e-mail. Reliability has never been an issue.

Pricing Info

I have seen cheaper web hosting providers, I am on there 4.99 (vb) Bronze Package and get quite a bit for it. I do not think that HostICan is the type of company that gets their business from cheap prices even though their prices are still in the low range. More or less HostICan seems to get referrals from satisfied customer like myself in my opinion.

Final Host Comments

I will close my statements with recommending HostICan as a solid, modern, web hosting provider. The people there really seem to care and seem to become close with their clients. As soon as create another website I will not hesitate to use HostICan as my provider. Well done.
