Let me first say that I had absolutely no idea what I needed in terms of a website hosting service when I was referred to HostICan. I am a promotions director for a group of special needs children’s camps that are located all across the country and each has their own internet site that is very large with lots of databases of names, records, etc. When I first contacted HostICan, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Chris who was very patient with me and explained a lot to me. The websites had to be moved from another hosting company because of a large billing discrepancy and we had outsourced the gentlemen that built the sites for us and they were no longer available for help. It was a huge mess but HostICan helped me out a great deal.

Account Setup Feedback

I won’t say that it was easy for me because it was so stressful but once I got on the phone with HostICan’s support department they really helped me get our websites online in no time. To say that I couldn’t have done it without them is an understatement.

Host Reliability

I don’t recall any problems that I have had with any of our websites not performing properly and I have not received any such reports.

Pricing Info

Our organization had some nightmares with the last company that we went with but HostICan’s billing department and pricing have been a perfect fit for us.

Final Host Comments

For anyone that is scared to take on the task of setting up a website hosting package I can’t recommend this company enough. They have been a blessing to me and our entire organization. The entire internet was foreign to me when I first contacted HostICan but now I can relax because I know that I can trust them.

Just super customer support. I’ve learned more from being on the phone with HostICan’s technical department than I ever would have learned by searching the internet or reading a book. They basically handled everything for me or told me what to do.
