I’ve never used anything but HostICan webhosting service since I started building website online last year. I started out with nothing but a small shared hosting account before I stepped up to a reseller account and then got my own dedicated server a few months ago. Every time I’ve made a change or needed some kind of assistance, HostICan has been there for me.

I don’t have any previous hosting customer support experience to speak from but I do know when customer service representatives are worth their salt and HostICan has always been there for me – even when all I had was a small shared hosting account. Now that I have a dedicated server they are no nicer or more helpful, they just have always been that way.

The reason that I’ve been with them so long. I’ve only had one problem since I’ve been a customer at HostICan and none since I’ve had a dedicated box. The time that I did have a problem was when I experience the “Digg effect” big time on one of my sites. One phone call and an upgrade later and that was fixed as well.

Another reason that I’ve been with HostICan for so long. There may be cheaper hosts, but there aren’t better hosts for the money. I’ve heard and read too many horror stories to trust my websites and income to anyone else.

I’ve upgraded my account several times. Every time I’ve had to make adjustments or upgrades with HostICan, I’ve never had any problems. I don’t have any specialized knowledge or training on hosting or anything technical other than the basics.

HostICan has the best servers, the best software, the best support, the best everything at the best price. You can’t go wrong. I’ll stick with HostICan even though I’ve never used anyone else because “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Everyone that I’ve talked to that has used them says about the same thing as well. With all the horror stories that you hear about hosting companies you don’t want to take the risk of your website going down at the wrong time. I recommend HostICan to anyone reading this.
