I was scared to sign on to this sort of thing. This is my first paid Hosting. I shifted from the free blog hosts, and so far you guys have been proving me wrong about how doubtful I was.

Account Setup Feedback

Nice layout options you have as defaults. I actually had one of my own, and I had Technical Support to help me out with setting it up. Add some extra options to get my perfect 10.

Host Reliability

I understand that my site will not be up all the time due to these maintenance issues. It’s quite all right for you guys to do that, as long as I’m reimbursed. You guys never failed in that department.

Pricing Info

As I mentioned earlier, you are able to give me service or my money back when the service isn’t there. There isn’t much to pay. This is great service for the money.

Someone answers right away, and that’s a plus for me. When I have problems with my site, I would give BlueHost a call. If it takes long for someone to answer I usually hang up and wait because it’s understood that there’s something going on in your end.
