I guess I thought it was just another web host that I haven’t tried. I use around twenty different website hosting companies at any one time and so I am not too picky when I first start with them. As long as the price is right, I save my initial thoughts and reservations until they have given me an impression to go on.

The only customer support that I have utilized with HostICan is when I needed to switch the credit card that the account had on file for me. The process was painless and fast, to say the least. The lady on the phone was super nice the entire time and I had no problems after that. While I have not had any technical problems so far, I can’t imagine that they would be any different with that.

HostICan is definitely one of the most reliable web hosting companies that I have ever used and I am about to upgrade from my shared server hosting package to not one, but two dedicated servers. They really are that good and I have been known to be particularly taxing on my hosts.
