I saw an ad about them in a magazine and this persuaded me to purchase hosting from them. The price was very affordable, it was only $5.00 a month. I had previously used Yahoo which charged more.

Account Setup Feedback

About 24 hours after paying my account was fully setup. There were no problems. They also have some useful tutorials in their help section to answer most of your questions. This is especially helpful if your a new webmaster.

Host Reliability

Haven't experienced downtime, but I did experience some slow downs a few times. But it was very minor. This happened maybe only 2 times in over 6 months. However, there was once a problem with my credit card as it had expired and I forgot to change it. My account was locked and I did not receive any reason why on the control panel. I had to e-mail them asking them why it happened, and that's when they told me. But they told me to update the info and that my account would be restored, I did just that, and my account was functional again. Since it was resolved it wasn't that bad, but still an inconvenience as users who reached my site got an error message.

Pricing Info

Their plans are very affordable, if you have a small website or a static html site, it's more than enough. You have a lot of bandwidth, and their domains are pretty cheap as well. They also give you some free domains depending on which plan you choose.

Final Host Comments

Overall, for the $5 you can't really complain. Customer support isn't the fastest in the world, but for $5 you can't whine. I mean the minimum wage in the US is more than that, so considering they keep your site running all those hours you shouldn't stress over it if they don't respond right away. And maybe you have to wait 2 days or so.
