Great so far. They’ve come highly recommended by other websites and other people that I know that have used them. I trust the opinions of other website owners that have used the companies more than the companies themselves when making a decision and everyone that I have read about and talked to have been very pleased with Hostgator so far.

Account Setup Feedback

Before I started a reseller account with Hostgator, I had never had one before. But the process of setting it all up wasn’t nearly as difficult as I had feared it would be. More importantly, it was fast as well.

Host Reliability

This is the most important reason that I opened a reseller account with Hostgator. I have to be able to rely on them if I am responsible for other people’s websites (and livelihoods!). They have never let me down and I know that that is important to me and is very likely important to others as well. I wouldn’t recommend any host that I didn’t trust in this aspect.

Pricing Info

With the emphasis that I put on reliability, I am willing to pay more just for that piece of mind. That being said, there are less expensive website hosting services out there when compared to Hostgator. However, I gladly pay the extra few bucks a month knowing that my websites will be running and I am able to reach someone for comment if I need them.

Final Host Comments

It doesn’t matter if this is your first reseller account or if you have had a hundred before, definitely give Hostgator a shot. Their uptime is impeccable, the pricing is decent, and the customer support – by email and by phone – is awesome. I don’t think you can go wrong with this host.

I called customer support once to inquire about a pricing issue but I kept getting redirected to other areas by accident. Everyone that I talked to was nice but after four or five times of being redirected I started getting a bit peeved about it. Other than that one time, however, I’ve never had a problem and everyone that I have talked to seemed to know how to handle their customers. Most of all, though, they knew the answer to what I was asking.
