Hostgator has been used by a lot of the guys that I work with for their online gaming sites and they have all spoken highly about it. That’s why I looked into them. I liked what I saw and quickly began using Hostgator as well.

Account Setup Feedback

Every time I set up a new hosting account, the process is simple and takes almost no time. I’ve done it a few times now and it gets easier every time but I think that even someone who has never put a website up before can get up-and-running without much grief.

Host Reliability

I run several computer gaming websites that I host with Hostgator and they all have very dedicated online forums. If there was downtime on those forums, I would definitely hear about it. I have not heard a singly thing from any of my forum members about there being any downtime whatsoever.

Pricing Info

Hostgator’s pricing is right on time. They split their packages up into several different plans so there is a hosting plan out there for every person. They are sure to make it non-confusing, though and easy to compare their plans right on the website.

Final Host Comments

Hostgator may just be the best hosting solution that there is, hands down. Great prices, great plans, great customer service, great uptime. Other than that, there isn’t much else that you can ask for from your host.

I use email frequently and prefer it to the phone if I can at all help it. Every time I have emailed Hostgator, I got an email back quickly with an answer to my question or at least a solution to my problem. I can’t imagine the call center that they have is any worse and have only heard good things about the nice people they employ at Hostgator.
