At first, when I visited my friends site, It loaded really fast, and the download speed was exceptional! It was reaching 1.5MB, which was the limit my ISP set for me. So, I chedk out his whois, and found out it was HostGator that was hosting the site. So, I checked out the site, and they had one of the best plans. They had an unlimited plan for such a great price, so without hesitation, I joined!

I had to call customer support two times, because I didn't know how to do somethings. I called, I was picked up pretty fast, only a wait of maybe 20 seconds, which is fast, taking into consideration, the amount of calls they get. The representative that answered my call, was very helpful, and told me step by step, what to do. This is what I liked about thier service, a very helpful talented team!

Reliability is just amazing, the site never goes down, my site is always working, downloads are very fast. This is one host, where I experienced absolutly no downtimw at all, everytime I went to my site, it was working with top quality speed. They have a great system, I use cPanel, it has backup options, so I make backup's of my site, often. Since, I have unlimited, I can make a lot of backup's, so I won't lose anything.

Pricing is great! I never found another site that can beat this offer, even if it does, it won't be able to beat the customer support/reliability. I love the pricing, my old host was charging me double the price, for less space/bandwidth, and its servers went down often. The slogan, 'We Eat Up The Competition', really proves it, and I can stand 100% with it!

Account setup was instant, as soon as I signed up, and made the payment, I recieved an email from them, with my invoice and my account details. I opened up my FTP Program, and logged in, and there it was, working. I was able to put up my site, right away. Exactly 15 minutes from payment, I had my iste up and running, and making money for me! This is another thing I liked about HostGator. I encountered no problems during sign up, it was a clean & smooth process.

Over all, their friendly service and prompt responses to our needs are greatly appreciated. They are not only patient and helpful but the quality of service I have received (both technically and professionally) to date has been outstanding! I really enjoy the relationship I have with HostGator. Keep up the good work. I plan to be with HostGator, till the end, there is no change to that!
