I’ve been using Hostgator shared hosting for quite a while with no qualms for quite some time so it was an easy and obvious transition to sign up for a reseller account with them. Hostgator made the process fast and easy for me and I was up and running with my new reseller status in no time.

Account Setup Feedback

The only reason that I don’t give them a 10 out of 10 is because I had a slight problem when first switching over. It was an issue that should have been able to be solved automatically, but as it turns out I had to call and get things straightened out. But the representatives that I talked to were helpful and I was back on track in minutes.

Host Reliability

As far as I know, my sites are running fine all the time. I heard somewhere that no hosting company can promise 100% uptime due to circumstances out of their control, but I can honestly say that Hostgator comes as close to that as humanly possible. I have never had a problem with browser timeouts with any of my sites since I’ve used Hostgator.

Pricing Info

Hostgator’s prices rock no matter what level of hosting you get. Even when I was on their shared hosting accounts I knew that their prices were unbelievable and now that I am a reseller it’s even better for what I get in return. You won’t find a better price/benefit comparison out there when you compare them with Hostgator.

Final Host Comments

I won’t recommend any other website hosting company other than Hostgator. They’ve consistently been there when I needed them and their uptime is incredible. Combine that with their great pricing structure and it makes for a great company to work with. Highly recommended.

Other than an initial phone call and a few subsequent emails to Hostgator upon startup, I haven’t had to use their customer service at all. All of my sites are running fine with great load times so I don’t have to worry about them. Every time I have dealt with someone at Hostgator it has been a great experience, though.
