I've always contended that it is very important to have people in place to help the people who you do business with. HostGator must agree, because their customer service people aren't your run of the mill workers. They actually know what they are doing, which is somewhat refreshing.

It has always been my contention that if you purchase cheap stuff for a cheap price, you are going to get a cheap product. I was willing to pay a little bit more to use this host and I feel like I'm getting a great value. I wouldn't make a different decision if I had the chance.
