Reliability is never a concern when you use HostGator. From what I can remember, I have never had any hold ups with the service. Whenever I need to do something on my site, there are never any issues.

There are no issues with the account setup from my end. They make their system so easy that just about anybody can start an account without much trouble. It's pretty conveinent, to be honest.
